The downloaded manual version of Rapid Record is free. It is identical to the automated version except that it does not interface with your patient monitor.

The cost of the automated version will depend on how many devices you want to interface with. Depending on the number of devices and on what kind of hardware you want (laptop vs. desktop, touch screen monitor, laser printers, etc), you could have a fully automated anesthesia record system for less than $6000 per OR.

While the cost of Rapid Record is considerably lower than other systems, the real value is its simplicity and ease of use. While Rapid Record may not have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive alternatives, I am confident that Rapid Record will absolutely make the task of record keeping faster, neater, and easier then doing it manually.
