Please Note: Make sure you have administrative privileges before installing Rapid Record. If you get an “ole” error message the first time you run Rapid Record, just click “OK” and then Quit and exit the program. Then click on the Start Button, Click Run, and then type: regsvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\system32\teechart.ocx" <OK> Repeat, and type: regsvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\system32\bbgetdir.ocx" <OK> These are system internal ActiveX control objects that Rapid Record uses and occasionally don’t register on some computers. I have been unable to test the installation on all the different versions of Windows, so please write if you encounter any problems. |
